Youth Steering Committee logo

The Youth Steering Committee (YSC) is a Community Action Group whose members are jointly appointed by the Township of Upper St. Clair Board of Commissioners and the Board of School Directors. YSC members include adult residents, high school students, parents and representatives from both appointing boards.
